This course provides an in-depth examination of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), covering both foundational and intermediate technical concepts. Students will explore key global systems-including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS, and NavIC-as well as regional augmentation systems. Lessons include GNSS architecture, orbital mechanics, threat identification, and mitigation techniques. The course concludes with an application-focused module on civilian and military uses of GNSS and culminates in a comprehensive capstone project.
